With the first residents having moved into the Riverside and Gardenside apartments in June, the development comprises 68 one- and two-bedroom apartments across three buildings.
Set on the banks of the River Avon, development is already in demand, with 33% of homes moved into and 30% reserved from its first phased release.
Designed for Pegasus by Claude Hooper, the site takes inspiration from the riverside location of the development.

Carrie Edwards, Account Director at Claude Hooper said: “We were conscious that people are often moving to a Pegasus home from their larger family homes, and that for many this home represents a new chapter in life.
“As such, we wanted to show the potential of something new in how we designed the apartment.
“We wanted to keep the interiors light, fresh and contemporary, with furniture featuring clean lines and a nod to classic mid-century style.
“We were conscious of avoiding a cliched ‘retirement’ style with chunky furniture and heavily patterned fabrics, as this wouldn’t represent the aspirational nature of the purchasers looking to enjoy an active retirement in the vibrant city of Bath.”
The community features shared spaces designed to foster social connections, including wellness facilities such as a hobby room, stretch studio, sauna, foot spa, treatment room and two communal lounges.

A snug provides the chance to catch up with new neighbours, while guest suites are available for friends and family to stay when visiting.
Emily Nesbitt, Marketing Director at Pegasus, said: “At Pegasus, our customers are predominantly downsizers seeking a hassle-free way of life in retirement.
“In turn, we want our homes to provide not just a place to live, but a lifestyle. The new show apartment gives customers a taste of the high-specification homes and zestful lifestyle on offer in Britain’s most famous spa town.
“We are passionate about offering our customers choice, with options to buy and rent at Bath Leat, so they can flex their next chapter of life around their individual circumstances and priorities.”
Homes at Bath Leat start from £400,000, with rental opportunities from £2,050 pcm.
