Bath Riverside will hold its first event of 2019 on Saturday 26th January, showcasing the lifestyle attractions available at the city’s ongoing residential development.

Visitors will have the chance to take a close look at the latest fully-furnished penthouse show home, as well as getting the lowdown on lifestyle, fitness and nutrition from gym owner Rob Suchet, and a free smoothie from Coffee #1.

Marcus Evans, sales and marketing director from developer Crest Nicholson said: “It’s our first event of 2019 and it’s all about a Happy New Year and a Happy New You – and how living here can enhance and improve your lifestyle.

“The new Class Gym will be opening soon – and owner Rob Suchet will be speaking about the physical and mental benefits of keeping fit and active.

“Our very own coffee shop Coffee#1 has designed a Sovereign Point smoothie for you to enjoy whilst taking in the views from our brand-new penthouse show home – which features some fantastic views over the city.

“We are confident the new facilities coming on stream, the new park environment and the great selection of apartments available will increase footfall and create the Riverside community we have been striving for since day one.”

Marcus continued: “With many of the apartments completed at Sovereign Point guests will be able to experience the development as we always envisaged without scaffolding, cement trucks and hard hats.

“As well as the attractive lifestyle people are appreciating how the development flows within its riverside location and provides a key residential hub in our rapidly transforming city centre.”

Locals are invited along to the event on Saturday 26th January, from 11am.
