Members of the public are being invited to a public exhibition to view proposals for the redevelopment of the Regency Laundry site at St Peter’s Terrace in Bath into student accommodation.
Watkin Jones acquired the current site on the Lower Bristol Road in 2019 with the intention of developing the land into Purpose Built Student Accommodation units.
Developers say the scheme will provide “much-needed accommodation” to alleviate pressure on Homes of Multiple Occupancy (HMOs) and accommodate the city’s two universities’ aspirations to grow.
Proposals and designs will be available to view at an upcoming public exhibition on Thursday 13th February, between 1-7pm at Green Park Station Foyer, Green Park Station, Bath.
Members of the development team will be available to answer any questions.
Watkin Jones is a leading UK developer of multi-occupancy, managed, residential properties with a particular focus on student accommodation and build to rent sectors.
