Hello! We are HUB, and since January we’ve been developing plans to redevelop the former Homebase site on Pines Way.
As we move closer to finalising our proposals for the site, we’re excited to invite the local community to our last engagement event before submitting the planning application to Bath & North East Somerset Council.
We aim to create a vibrant, mixed-use community at Pines Way, featuring professionally managed rental homes, commercial and retail spaces, enhanced public areas, and new pedestrian and cycle routes.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of our extensive community engagement programme so far. We have enjoyed meeting local organisations such as Headway, Swallow, Percy Community Centre and the Royal National Institute of Blind People as well as hundreds of residents.
Your engagement has been instrumental in helping us develop plans that meet the needs of local residents.
