Original Wild’s new paddle boarding venture launched at Bath Riverside on Saturday 23rd March, attracting dozens of fitness fans and residents for an inaugural voyage upstream to Pulteney Bridge.

Original Wild has switched operations to a new launch site near Victoria Bridge, allowing paddle boarders to get a unique perspective on the city’s new riverside developments.

Founder director Kyle Worgan cut the ribbon to launch the new paddle boarding experience, which has established Bath Riverside as a destination in its own right.

Kyle said: “We are overwhelmed by the positive support from locals and businesses about our partnership with Crest Nicholson to bring stand up paddle boarding to the Bath Riverside.

“The launch event was fantastic and has really kicked off this season on a high. We are looking forward to sharing our passion for water sports and the river with more locals and visitors to Bath this spring and summer.

“We have already had lots of email enquiries but people can easily book online.”

Marcus Evans, sales and marketing director from developer Crest Nicholson, added: “We are thrilled that Original Wild has launched operations from Bath Riverside.

“Alongside our new gym ‘Class’, Original Wild will offer sport and fitness activities which we believe complements our happy, healthy lifestyle and environment. It’s also going to be a lot of fun.”
