The Ivy Bath Brasserie will be celebrating its first birthday with an exclusive collaboration with Jo Malone London, running from Monday 3rd September to Sunday 14th October.
Celebrations will begin in style with the installation of a floral archway outside the brasserie for guests and passers-by to enjoy.
Inspired by Jo Malone London’s new scent, Honeysuckle & Davana, the display will feature an abundance of sunny yellow, soft peach and white blooms, incorporating honeysuckle, garden roses, coronillas and moss.
As well as the brasserie’s external façade, elements of the floral installation will also pop-up throughout the brasserie’s al fresco, first floor “hidden” terrace.
Available for a limited time only, guests dining at the brasserie will also be able to enjoy a new bespoke ‘Honeysuckle Daquiri’ cocktail, priced at £8.75.
Inspired by Jo Malone London’s new scent, the ‘Honeysuckle Daquiri’ will feature Havana 3-year-old rum, succulent runny honey, fresh lemon and orange juice, and will be garnished with edible flowers and a fresh mint sprig.
The Ivy Bath Brasserie’s General Manager, Katja Kammerer, said: “We’re excited to be celebrating our first birthday with Jo Malone London by offering the unique ‘Honeysuckle Daiquiri’ cocktail and floral display.
“The team and I are excited for guests to experience our beautiful installation and the next six weeks will be dedicated to our first birthday in Bath.”
Cheryl Joannides, Vice President General Manager at Jo Malone London, added: “We are delighted to be collaborating with The Ivy Bath Brassiere to celebrate their first birthday and the launch of Jo Malone London’s Honeysuckle & Davana collection.
“With our British heritage and shared philosophy of creating memorable experiences it was a natural partnership. Together we have created a stunning honeysuckle-inspired installation and immersive experience for guests to enjoy.”
The Ivy Bath Brasserie’s ‘Honeysuckle Daquiri’ cocktail and floral installation will be available from Monday 3rd September to Sunday 14th October.
Blankets and additional heaters will be available to ensure guests can enjoy the terrace as the seasons change from summer to autumn.
