Bath-based Epoch Wealth Management has been shortlisted for the prestigious title Adviser Firm of the Year at the Money Marketing Financial Services Awards 2016.

Epoch is one of only nine national finalists competing for the hotly contested main award which will go to the very best overall financial adviser.

The coveted awards recognise the top performers in the financial services industry with a focus on delivering excellent results for clients.

Firms competing in the awards are judged rigorously by industry experts on a range of measures including client service, turnover and profits, investment strategy and technological innovation.

This is the latest in a string of major achievements by Epoch which was recently named South West Adviser of the Year for the second time by respected industry journal New Model Adviser.

Epoch has also been given the rarely awarded title of Accredited Financial Planning Firm by the Institute of Financial Planning (IFP), which has now merged with the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

Epoch’s managing partner Barry Newbury said: “We are extremely proud to have been shortlisted for this major national industry award.

“To get this far, firms have to demonstrate the very highest levels of financial planning advice and expertise to help clients achieve their goals in life.

“It reflects the sheer hard work and professionalism of the entire team at Epoch. We are all keeping our fingers crossed for the big night!”

The winners of the Money Marketing Financial Services Awards 2016 will be announced at an awards ceremony at Old Billingsgate, London on 9th June.
