Deliveroo has announced that its riders in Bath will now deliver restaurant meals to public parks across the city, as part of a new nationwide campaign to help locals enjoy the summer.

Deliveroo will deliver quality lunch, dinner and snacking options from local restaurants across the Bath area direct to you while you lounge in the sun.

All you have to do is grab the perfect spot, and in just 30 minutes Deliveroo will sort the grub and any refreshing drinks you fancy.

How it works:

  1. Download or open the app for iOS or Android;
  2. Enter your location;
  3. Drop the delivery pin at the nearest park entrance;
  4. Head over once you get the delivery notification and meet your rider.

Joe Groves, from Deliveroo, said: “Deliveroo is determined to make this summer as relaxing and enjoyable for customers as possible – that’s why we’re delivering to parks all across the UK.

“So now you don’t have to sacrifice your spot in the sun to enjoy some of the best summer food & drink.”

Deliveroo is focused on providing the ultimate food delivery experience.

Customers have the option to schedule orders via the Deliveroo app up to one day in advance or receive food as soon as possible between 12 noon and 11pm, and from 9am on the weekends, from a variety of leading local, independent and best-loved chain restaurants, conveniently delivered to their homes and offices.
