Synergy Construction and Property Consultants LLP has welcomed Karen Sandford, an experienced quantity surveyor, to the company’s team in Bath as a new partner.
Synergy is a long-established multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy advising its clients on all aspects of planning, managing and implementing the design, construction and refurbishment of their buildings.
Their services include Cost Consultancy, Project Management, Building Surveying and Specialist Consultancy.
Karen is a highly experienced quantity surveyor specialising in a wide range of projects predominately within the commercial sector and joins the business at an exciting time as it looks to further expand its client portfolio in the South West.
Karen’s range of projects is diverse including major regeneration schemes, retail developments and infrastructure works as well as smaller projects including commercial refurbishments and extensions.
