Property consultancy Carter Jonas has handed over £700 raised at its annual summer softball competition to the Bath Rugby Foundation.
Nine local firms including Withy King, Thrings solicitors and Handelsbanken took part in last month’s event at Stothert & Pitt RFC, and chartered accountants Bishop Fleming walked off with the trophy.
Tom Parker at Carter Jonas said: “We were so lucky with the weather. It was pouring with rain earlier in the day but the skies cleared for the event and the teams played in glorious sunshine.
“Everyone enjoyed a buffet afterwards, and the chance to do some networking.”
Bath Rugby Foundation uses the power of sport to support disadvantaged youngsters at key periods in their lives.
