Bath-based IT support firm Systemagic have welcomed yet another new face to their award-winning team, having doubled in size in recent years.
The business has continued to build upon impressive growth in 2017 by creating and filling two new roles already this year.
Harriet Brooks, 29, from Corsham is the latest addition to the team, having joined Systemagic’s senior team as Operations Manager.
Harriet brings almost 10 years’ experience managing support teams and her role will comprise managing the busy helpdesk and field technicians as well as ensuring clients receive a consistently excellent service.
Systemagic Managing Director James Eades said: “Harriet’s role is really important in setting us up for continued growth in 2018, and I’m delighted that she brings so much experience to the team.”
With over 20 years’ experience in the technology industry Systemagic provides IT support, cloud computing and connectivity solutions to customers including Norland College, Bath’s RUH hospital, Halsall Construction and Bath Cats & Dogs Home.
