Bath’s new MP Ben Howlett will be the special guest at the second of a series of property and construction networking events taking place in the city next month.

The event on 23rd July is being jointly organised by Bath law firm Stone King, chartered surveyors Colston & Colston and building services company Airedale Group.

Bath’s recently-elected MP wants to get a clearer picture of the city’s property and construction sector and will be holding a question and answer session with local property professionals.

Mr Howlett said: “I’m very much looking forward to the event in Bath.

“I recognise the lack of commercial office space for the business community as well as the desperate need for more affordable homes for families and first-time buyers.

“In the next five years we have a great opportunity to make changes that will benefit the city for future generations.

“I look forward to meeting local industry professionals to hear about the issues they face.”

Nick Dell of Stone King’s commercial property team said: “We are delighted that Ben Howlett will be our guest at the next event.

“It provides a good occasion for us to meet with Ben since the general election and for him to learn first-hand about the opportunities and issues affecting the local residential and commercial property markets.”

The property and construction networking event starts at 6pm.

Please contact Léonie Spencer at Stone King on [email protected] or 01225 337599 to register your interest in attending.
