Bath Racecourse is offering free tickets to their first horse racing fixture of the 2020 season on Monday 30th March, with four complimentary tickets up for grabs per household.

Anyone, local or from further afield, can register for up to four complimentary tickets per household and experience live horse racing at the Lansdown venue.

As well as seven races on the day for people to enjoy, there’ll be plenty of food and drink available whilst people soak up the atmosphere as the horses thunder down the home straight and across the finish line.

Maddie Difazio-Wright, Acting General Manager at Bath Racecourse, said: “We wanted to start our exciting 2020 racing season with a bang, so thought a Free Raceday would be a great opportunity for people to enjoy a fantastic day at the races without the cost of buying a ticket!

“The free entry tickets are available to anyone – regular customers as well as people who’d like to experience a day at the races for the first time.

“Looking ahead, we’ve got a brilliant line-up of events planned for this year, including indie-rock band the Kaiser Chiefs live on Friday 5 June, our highly anticipated Ladies Day on Saturday 13 June and Super Cider Saturday with The Wurzels in August.

“We hope that people who come racing for free might even fancy coming back again for another great day out.”

Anyone can claim their free tickets in advance by visiting bath-racecourse.co.uk/whats-on/free-raceday.

A maximum of four tickets are available per household.

There are also a variety of upgrade options available including hospitality and access to the exclusive Roof Garden.

Free tickets and upgrades must be claimed by midnight on Sunday 29th March but Bath Racecourse advise registering as soon as possible to guarantee entry.
