Bath energy company recognised with international customer service award

Bath-based green energy company Pure Planet has been celebrating after receiving a prestigious international award for its customer service.

The green energy company was recognised at the Engage Business Media’s 2019 International Engage Awards at the Westminster Bridge Park Plaza in London on Monday, 11th November.

Pure Planet won “Best Engagement” in the utilities and telcos sector – ahead of corporate giants Vodafone and Sky, and were nominated in another category for “Best Use of Innovation in Customer Engagement”.

Pure Planet’s digital-only platform means members are able to access help and support 24/7 through an active community of members sharing troubleshooting information as well as tips about going green.

Customers can also find answers to questions 24/7 through the app’s artificial intelligence-driven digital assistant named WattBot which is backed by a vibrant team of local staff.

Pure Planet’s customer service has been praised on independent review site Trustpilot, where it has an average rating of 4.4 out of 5 from more than 5,500 reviews.
