Bath Property Letting announces takeover by Romans property group

Bath Property Letting has announced that they will become part of The Romans Group, a diverse and multi-award winning, independent property services company.

“Business continues as normal for Bath Property Letting’s customers with just one transformation – the business name will change to Romans. Existing customers can rest assured that the process will be smooth and trouble-free” said David Marquiss, Lettings Manager of Bath Property who will now be joining the Romans family.

Many of the familiar faces at Bath Property Letting will remain the same, with members of the management team, lettings advisors and property managers all joining the Romans family, helping to continue to deliver the high levels of customer service Bath Property Letting are renowned for.

“We’re delighted to have collaborated with such a highly regarded business” explained Michael Cook, Managing Director of Lettings at Romans.

“We will be investing significantly in the agency’s marketing, infrastructure, service delivery and team training, in order to deliver clients a seamless experience.”

In the New Year, customers in Bath will be offered a host of new and innovative letting services which are exclusive to Romans and promise to offer landlords even more protection.

Tenants will see their expenses decrease and their benefits soar thanks a number of exclusive deals Romans have secured with third party providers.

In addition, Bath Property Letting’s customers can benefit from the dynamic results and exceptional service that forms the foundation of Romans.

The group have adapted their services to landlords over the years to ensure that their needs are met. Some of the most recent changes which will benefit their new customers in Bath are; extended opening hours – the team will be contactable until 10pm on weekdays, open at the weekend and available on Bank Holidays so they’re always there when tenants need them.

A new innovative website will offer landlords an online account allowing them to edit their records, see their invoices for easy tax returns, and access property visit reports in just a few clicks.
