Application submitted to change former bank into tutoring centre

Plans to turn the old NatWest Bank in Oldfield Park into a tutoring centre have been submitted to Bath & North East Somerset Council.

The application to change the use of the premises at 6-7 Moorland Road, which are currently being redeveloped, has been submitted by Kip McGrath Professional Tutoring Bath South.

The proposed opening hours are 10am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to noon on Saturdays.

There are also plans to display three non-illuminated fascia signs on the building which is on the corner of Moorland Road and Herbert Road.

The planning reference is 24/04161/FUL.

The deadline for comments is 19th December.
