Bluebird Care in Bath has opened its Christmas crackers early with the announcement of a whole host of new job opportunities for 40 more local people.

With offices on the edge of Midsomer Norton and in central Bath, Bluebird Care already employs 80 staff who provide care and support to the elderly, people with physical disabilities and adults with learning disabilities.

Managing Director, Tim Rowland-Jones said: “Employing committed and passionate care staff has been a huge part of our success.

“We will only ever be as good as the staff we employ and our staff are excellent! They are always professional and have real empathy for the people they look after.

“In 2014 the organisation hopes to go even further by employing another 40 people, all of whom will take an active role in delivering high quality care.

Tim added: “Next year we’ll be taking our recruitment opportunities out into the community, with our new pop-up recruitment fairs.

“If you see us, feel free to join us for a coffee and a friendly chat about what employment opportunities we have for you.”
