Ahead of the Bath store opening on May 30th at 1-4 New Bond Street, Anthropologie have announce a collaboration with the students at Bath Spa University.
Today, Thursday 15th May, the students will transform the current hoarding into a work of art so passersby can enjoy some uplifting art as they walk by the new site.
The retailer invited the second year textile students to come up with designs based on the theme ‘Inspired by Nature’.
They selected 18 designs that will be painted onto the hoarding. The students will be perfecting and performing the finishing touches in situ.
Anthropologie have also invited the students to come up with ideas of how to recycle the art once the hoarding comes down.
Art and creativity is at the very core of the Anthropologie brand and they say connecting with the artistic community in Bath is a natural fit.
