An 18 year old woman was killed instantly in a crash in Weston village in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The teenager had been a passenger in a car which collided with a parked car and then overturned on Crown Road, between Penn Hill Road and Weston Lane.
She died at the scene of the crash, believed to be instantaneously from the collision.
Two other people from the car were treated at the Royal United Hospital but were discharged later that day.
The car, a Peugeot 205, struck the vehicle just after 2am. Anyone who may have seen the vehicle before the incident or were witnesses are asked to contact Avon and Somerset Police on 101.
