Avon and Somerset Police in Bath are still appealing for help to identify a man they want to talk to about the theft of a bike from a building in Bartlett Street.

StolenBikeBathCCTV images show the suspect on foot at around 12.30pm on Tuesday 8th January. He then went into an office at number 5 on Bartlett Street and a few moments later came out and rode away on a black hybrid bike down George Street.

At around 2.15pm a man went into the John’s Bikes shop in Walcot Street and tried to sell the bike.

Anyone who can identify the man pictured, or the man himself, is asked to contact Bath police on 101.

You can call the charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via www.crimestoppers-uk.org. They never ask for your name or trace your call. You can also contact Avon and Somerset Police in confidence via their website www.avonandsomerset.police.uk/contact.
