A man was taken to hospital yesterday morning after the motorbike he was riding was in collision with a van on a junction with the London Road.
The Honda 125 motorbike was at the junction of the A4 London Road and Grosvenor Bridge Road when the incident happened.
The driver of the Vauxhall Vivaro van which was involved in the crash wasn’t hurt.
Delays caused by the collision led to some tailbacks along the London Road but police were directing traffic and the scene was cleared by 9.20am.
The motorcyclist was taken to the RUH with a suspected broken collar bone.
Avon and Somerset Police are currently investigating the circumstances of the incident.
