More heavy snow showers have been forecast across the Bath area for tonight (Tuesday) moving into Wednesday morning.
Light snow is set to begin at around 3pm today, with visibility dropping and the snow getting heavier as the evening progresses.
Weather warnings have been issued for ice and snow by the Met Office, with an uncertainty as to the amounts that could fall across the South West.
Gusts of up to 26mph are set to bring the snow across from 8pm and beyond midnight.
The light snow showers are set to continue throughout early morning on Wednesday with it stopping at around 10am.
The weather is set to improve from Thursday onwards with continual low temperatures at around 0ºc moving into the weekend. No more snow is currently forecast from Thursday onwards.
