One of the top pastry chefs in the world, Claire Clarke MBE, will be at Allium Brasserie at the Bath Abbey Hotel on Friday 7th June to give an exclusive pastry demonstration.
Followed by a lunch, it will be offering Bath cooks the chance to share her secrets on how to create the perfect dessert.
Claire has worked at some of the best international restaurants including Claridges, The Wolseley and The French Laundry in California, where she created stunning desserts to complement Chef Thomas Keller’s distinctive American cuisine.
She is the only female recipient of the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de Grand Bretagne and has appeared on Masterchef giving masterclasses in the art of patisserie.
