New company Techbenefits discovered an overwhelmingly high demand for motivational employee benefits schemes among local Bath businesses at their launch event last Wednesday.
Employers who attended the event highlighted the issue of staff retention and motivation, and many commented that they desired an improvement in overall business productivity and performance.
Mark Hooper, Managing Director of Techbenefits, offered his expert advice: “Staff retention is key to a solid, smooth-running organisation, and salary sacrifice schemes have proven to be a highly effective way of motivating employees.”
Also among Techbenefits’ findings from the event was the desire for state-of-the-art IT equipment. Attendees were able to try out the latest and greatest computer equipment at their Bath showroom, and many discussed the best IT solutions and brands for different functions in the workplace and at home.
Mark said, “This is the age of information: technology is constantly adapting to keep up with the demand for better mediums of presentation, faster connections, and cleaner interfaces.”
The majority of people agreed that it was difficult to keep up with the climbing prices of laptops, iPads, tablets, phones and accessories. Employers were attracted to the cost-saving element of the salary sacrifice scheme for their employees and understand the advantages of a flexible benefit concept in today’s market.
One particular Bath-based company saw Techbenefits as the perfect solution for their staff motivation objectives. They recognised employee satisfaction as an intrinsic component to their organisational productivity.
Techbenefits also found that employers wanted to monitor what they could offer their employees: they were attracted to the feature of the branded online store created by Techbenefits, which allows them full control of which products they offer staff.
