Great Western Wine Host Tasting

Great Western Wine, recently voted ‘South West Wine Merchant of the South West’ by the International Wine Challenge 2012, will be proudly showing its customers and Bath and Bristol wine lovers, just why it deserved this award at its annual Portfolio tasting.

On 25th October, Alan and the team at Great Western will be opening over 100 different wines, in the elegant and historic setting of the Ballroom and the Octagon rooms at the Assembly Rooms, Bath, including many of the wines which won awards and medals in this year’s wine competitions.

Several of the winemakers of these award-winning wines will also be on hand to talk to guests about their wines, and guide them through the tasting.

Top wine publication, DECANTER Magazine will also be there, showing a range of their medal winners, and offering visitors the opportunity of signing up to receive the  magazine.
