Budding fashion stars of the future are to showcase their impressive collections at a spectacular end of year show at City of Bath College.

The College students, all studying the Extended Diploma in Fashion and Clothing, will show collections based on a diverse range of themes, including Folk Story, 1950s, New Modernists, Indigo and English Eccentrics.

Models will take to the catwalk in the performance space in the College’s Music and Performing Arts (MAPA) building. Music and media students will be supporting the event by providing lighting and music for the show.

Yvonne Skelton, Course Leader, said: “Our fashion students’ end of year show is always a fantastic occasion. We have some extremely talented students who have created original, cutting-edge designs that I know they can’t wait to show off in front of their friends and family.”

After finishing at City of Bath College, the talented students go on to study degrees at respected universities across the UK, including Bath Spa, London College of Fashion, Glamorgan, Bournemouth and the Amsterdam Fashion Institute.

The fashion show takes place on Saturday 9th June at 2pm and 6.30pm.
