X-Factor host Dermot O’Leary is set to run the Bath Half Marathon on Sunday 11th March in support of breast cancer charity ‘CoppaFeel!’.

A Virgin Money Giving page has now been set up to collect funds for the charity on behalf of Dermot, with a total already at £198 after being live for just three days.

Both radio and television broadcaster, he said: “I love a challenge and running in a sea of CoppaFeel’s Hundred Hooters is going to be amazing! I hope to raise a lot of cash but more importantly awareness for such an inspirational cause. So come on girls and guys CoppaFeel!”

Last year, Radio 1 presenter Fearne Cotton ran the marathon in support of the same charity, and the pair are set to appear on Channel 4’s Million Pound Drop on 3rd February also for the breast cancer cause.

You can donate on Dermot’s Virgin page here.
