Two free book readings for children are being organised by the Council at our local libraries in Bath.

Featuring Patsy Fast Legs the fastest tortoise in the world and a bald tiger called Crazy Claws, the readings will be from the children’s story ‘Nana (Computer Genius) and the Amazing Roberta’, written and read by June Wentland who is a writer and graduate from Bath Spa’s MA in Creative Writing as well as Reader Development Officer with the Council’s Library Service.

Readings will take place as follows:

  • Saturday 8th December: Midsomer Norton Library, 11am to 12 noon.
  • Saturday 15th December: Bath Central Library, 11am to 12 noon.

The sessions also include a drawing activity and the chance to get your drawing included in the next Nana book. These sessions are suitable for children aged 4 to 8 years.
