Avon and Somerset Police are appealing for witnesses after three incidents in the city centre where women were indecently assaulted in broad daylight.
They all happened between around 12.15-1pm on Friday Nov 25 by the Roman Baths. It is believed one man was responsible for the incidents in which detectives say women were touched inappropriately. None was physically hurt.
Det Sgt Peter Knight said: “This sort of offence is very rare in Bath, but they were obviously distressing to the women involved and it is important we find the person responsible.”
There is no clear description of man, except that he is white and around 30 years old.
Officers want to hear from anyone who may have witnessed any of the incidents, or who may have been assaulted by the man and not reported it.
They should ring Bath CID on 101 or contact the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
